Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how prepaid service plans, cancellations, missed access, and refund reviews are handled. The Doo Dude is a Wolverine Asset Group LLC holding.
Prepaid plans
4-week plans are prepaid promotional packages. Completed visits are charged at standard weekly rates if a customer cancels early.
Refund review
Refunds may be reviewed for incorrect charges, duplicate payments, or service inability.
No guaranteed refund conditions
No guaranteed refund is provided for locked gates, unsafe yards, loose or aggressive dogs, blocked access, or incorrect service information.
Missed areas
Missed areas should be reported within 24 hours so The Doo Dude can review the concern and respond appropriately.
Cancellations
Customers should contact support as soon as possible when they need to cancel, pause, or reschedule service.
